Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Agreement to Terms
By submitting an order through this website, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and AI Airbrush (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a video production and enhancement service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit an order.
Services
AI Airbrush provides AI-assisted video cleanup, enhancement, and production services for businesses. The specific deliverables for each engagement are determined by the package selected at the time of order, as described on our Services page.
We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and deposited.
Project Initiation
A project is considered active once:
- ✦A completed order form has been submitted, and
- ✦The required deposit payment has been received
Work will not begin until both conditions are met. For cleanup and enhancement projects, work also requires receipt of the client's source video file(s) in an acceptable format (see Section 7).
Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of order to initiate the project.
Final payment: The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed video, before final files are released.
Monthly packages: The full monthly fee is due at the start of each billing cycle.
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and ACH bank transfer through our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is received and work has begun, it cannot be returned regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you cancel a project after the deposit has been paid but before work begins, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
If we are unable to complete your project for any reason on our end, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Final payments are non-refundable once the completed files have been delivered.
Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds as described on the Services page. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated set of feedback submitted in writing. Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be purchased at our standard hourly rate.
Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original project scope. Requests that constitute a change in scope (new script, different format, additional footage, etc.) will be quoted separately.
Client-Provided Materials
For cleanup and enhancement projects, the Client is responsible for providing source video files in a supported format (MP4, MOV, AVI, or other formats approved in advance).
The Client warrants that:
- ✦They own or have the legal right to use all materials submitted
- ✦The submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property, likeness rights, or other legal rights
- ✦They have obtained all necessary permissions for music, footage, or other licensed content included in their source files
AI Airbrush is not responsible for any legal claims arising from client-provided materials.
Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a general guideline, not a guarantee. Timelines begin once all required materials and the deposit payment have been received. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes are not the responsibility of AI Airbrush.
Rush turnaround may be available for an additional fee, subject to current availability.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final delivered video files.
AI Airbrush retains ownership of any underlying tools, processes, templates, or methodologies used in production.
Portfolio use: We may request permission to feature completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials. We will only do so with the Client's explicit written approval. The Client may decline this request without affecting any other terms of this agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all client materials, business information, and project details as confidential and will not share them with third parties except as required to complete the project (e.g., with software platforms or contractors used in production).
Limitation of Liability
AI Airbrush's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that project.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost revenue, lost profits, or reputational harm.
Disputes
We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court at our election.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order submission governs that engagement. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
